1月9日（金）、私たちはアビジャン首都から車で約4時間の場所にあるブアケ市のコレージュ・エスペランス学校よりご招待を受け、「社会経済発展における科学の重要性」というテーマで講演を行うという光栄な機会をいただきました。
この機会に、同校の教育課程に組み込まれている日本語の授業を見学するという貴重な体験もさせていただきました。これは、同校が国際的な視野を持ち、多文化教育の推進に力を入れていることを示しています。
また、質疑応答の時間を通じて生徒の皆さんと交流することができました。その後、私たちは生徒たちに対し、より一層努力を重ね、将来の円滑な社会・職業的自立の基盤となる「卓越性」を育んでいくよう励ましました。
最後に、温かいご歓迎とご信頼を賜りましたブアケ市コレージュ・エスペランス学校当局の皆様に、心より感謝申し上げます。

ENGLISH VERSION
On Friday, January 9, we had the honor of being invited by Collège Espérance School in the city of Bouaké, located approximately a four-hour drive from the capital, Abidjan, to deliver a lecture on the theme “The Importance of Science in Socioeconomic Development.”
On this occasion, we also had the privilege of attending a Japanese language class, which is integrated into the school’s academic curriculum. This reflects the institution’s openness to the world and its strong commitment to multicultural education.
This meeting allowed us to engage with the students through a question-and-answer session. Subsequently, we encouraged them to redouble their efforts and to cultivate excellence, which is a fundamental pillar for successful social and professional integration.
Finally, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the administration of Collège Espérance School in Bouaké for their warm welcome and the trust they placed in us.
