「個々の成長と共に喜びを世界に広げていく そんな人材を育成する財団」

当財団が大切にしている「喜び」と「寄り添う」という理念を、ロゴデザインのモチーフである「花」に込めました。
花は、一枚一枚の花弁が互いに寄り添いながら集まることで、一つの美しい形を作り出します。これは、財団が大切にする「互いに寄り添うこと」と「個々の個性が集まって大きな力を生み出すこと」を象徴しています。
また、メインカラーである3色を使い、花弁を彩ることで、多様な個性が集まる様子を表現しています。中心に配した黄色に近いオレンジは、人々のつながりが生み出す「喜び」を象徴しています。
このロゴには、教員と生徒が互いに尊重し、個性を育むことで、社会をより豊かにする人材が育っていくことへの願いが込められています。

We are a company that develops human resources that spread joy to the world as each individual grows.

The principles "Joy" and "Compassion" cherished by our foundation are shown in the flower motif of our logo design. A flower makes one beautiful shape by having many petals come together, with each one supporting the others. This symbolizes the foundation’s commitment to both mutual support and the synergy created when unique individuals come together. Also, we used our three main colors to shade the petals, representing the different personalities gathered here. The orange shade, close to yellow, placed at the center stands for the “Joy” that derived from human connections. This logo carries our wish that, by teachers and students 　respecting each other and developing their unique strengths, we can raise people who will make society better.
